Principal Advisor: Sharath Kamal
Sharath Kamal has been a flag bearer for Indian table tennis for over two decades and is now looking to facilitate the creation of a sustainable ecosystem that develops the sport in four main ways: grassroots development, feeder systems, and high performance. He wants to accomplish an ambitious and clear goal of India winning a medal at the Olympic Games in table tennis. Currently, he holds the position of Co-Chair of the Athletes' Commission with the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and Vice Chair with the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), making him an Executive Board Member with both entities. He is the worldwide Ambassador of the ITTF Foundation and delivers a broad wealth of experience from an elite athlete perspective, strong understanding of athlete needs, and develops good strategic thinking after so many years experiencing the world as a professional athlete, which gives Sharath expert knowledge into athlete-centric governance, high-performance planning, and the international cooperation required to launch new projects and initiatives. He will drive a process of systemic change and demand mechanisms to inspire the next wave of champions in Indian table tennis, exposing them to the high-performance ecosystem that exists now, thanks to KOS
Chief of Performance & Technical Operations: Rajath Kamal
Rajath Kamal, a former international table tennis player, has over a decade of multidimensional experience in high-performance sport, athlete management, and consulting on sport science. He served as part of the Indian team's support staff as Performance Analyst for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and the 2012 London Olympic Games, assisting in data insights, planning and execution of both match and match preparation strategies. Building from his personal coaching relationship with Sharath Kamal and the experience that follows, Rajath gained a unique perspective and deep experience in long-term athlete development and performance. He is responsible for the technical operations of Stride Sports Management with a specialist interest in equipment consulting, product customisation, and performance technology for sports, as well as technical performance in sport. Rajath’s strengths in management, coupled with an engagement ability with clients, federations, and stakeholders, allow him to offer bespoke solutions and deliver value to clients through insight-led advisory. Rajath has a great passion for any form of innovation in the table tennis equipment and enjoys the athlete servicing piece. He has built strong relationships through high-trust engagement and by taking ownership of end-to-end performance solutions.

Gautam Ahuja, founder of GameCrafters, has more than 10 years of experience in the sports industry working with Government and Private organizations. Gautam is responsible for a sports consultancy that is focused on athlete and business development through smart strategies and advising organisations across a diverse clientele. He is currently helping businesses to grow by advising on collaborations, investments, relationships and assisting in setting up their business structures to be scalable and sustainable. With a wealth of experience in leading sports academies and organizations, Gautam is developing an effective athlete-centred model that will restore operational excellence and long-term growth
