We have considerable experience in building high-performance table tennis academies and are committed to developing high-performance level talent for success nationally and internationally. The cornerstone of our approach is excellence, whether it's coaching strategies or athlete support systems, every element is focused on performance improvement. Our model is not simply a training model, we are establishing a clear strategic and sustainable pathway for the growth of high-performance centres via multiple streams of revenue, including community, CSR funding, and collaborations in the community. Academy: High Performance, Feeder, and Grassroots Centres
With two decades in the industry and a proven history of developing numerous international-level table tennis players, we bring a deep and diverse knowledge of how to develop and operate grassroots and performance academies that can sustain themselves for the long term and develop athletes in an effective way. We are equipped to engage with academies in countries around the world, providing them with end-to-end services in setting up and running their facilities. For academies already in operation, we provide strategic expertise in order to improve performance and create long-term sustainability, so they can thrive in the world of table tennis academies.

We work with academies across the globe to construct and deliver technical programs based on a holistic curriculum that fits your academy’s objectives, whether developing grassroots or performance-based programs. From our existing international network, we recruit the perfect coach team to deliver your program. Continuous improvement is essential, and we will improve the education of coaches and enrol in a thorough review procedure as part of creating the best possible quality and excellence in program delivery.
Table Tennis League & Franchisee Management
We partner with leagues to create comprehensive plans for long-term success. By viewing league dynamics through a more macro view, we aim to improve strategic planning, ensure governance, drive efficiencies in operations, and ultimately achieve sustainability. Using our understanding of leagues, we provide solutions that are aligned with league objectives, we create administrative lean actions, and we establish shared stakeholder objectives.
With franchisees, we pointedly follow performance excellence. We help create championship teams by helping franchisees identify players for success through in-depth analysis and scouting. Through our day-to-day operating management, the franchise knows that the layers of success will be provided in everything from logistics to compliance. Mentorship
We provide custom athlete mentorship programs where a young athlete is paired with committed specialists at the grassroots or high-performance level. Our specialists will guide the athlete as a one-on-one mentor, giving customized guidance to create realistic goals, pathways for their career and navigate through strategies to achieve success. The mentors provide their expertise to give the athlete valuable insights and help support their decision-making, allowing them to make choices that are best for them and allow them to achieve their maximum potential.
Coaches Education
With our academic programs produced and researched by both local and international experts, we invest in coaches through our created education program. With an outline outlining all requisite knowledge and skills in coaching, we hope to teach the coaches current practices and best methods for coaching. Our unique certification process will give a badge of excellence that you can trust and rely on to assure that your team is led by a quality coach.
